Abholung

Ihr wohnt in der Nähe, habt es eilig und wollt Versandkosten sparen, dann  holt euch eure Bestellung persönlich bei uns ab.

So funktioniert es:

1. Artikel im Onlineshop aussuchen und in den Warenkorb legen.

2. Zur Kasse gehen und Bezahlmethode wählen. (Paypal, Sofort/Klarna oder Barzahlung bei Abholung) auswählen.

3. Bei der Versandart unbedingt Abholung auswählen, sonst werden Versandkosten berechnet

4. Kauf und Bezahlung abschließen. (Bei den Bezahlarten Paylpal/Sofort/Klarna, muss die Bezahlung im Anschluss der Bestellung getätigt werden. Eine spätere Bezahlung mit Paypal/Sofort/Klarna ist technisch nicht möglich.)

5. Uns anrufen oder eine E-Mail an: support@smokestop-berlin.de senden um einen Abholtermin unter 030-50564370 oder 0163-5601704 (Mo-So 10-18 Uhr) auszumachen und falls ihr bar zahlt, dann bitte den Rechnungsbetrag passend zur Abholung mitbringen.
Die Abholadresse ist Tangermünder Str. 122, 12627 Berlin.

 

If you live nearby, are in a hurry and want to save on shipping costs, then pick up your order personally from us.

Thats how it works:

1. Select an item in the online shop and place it in the shopping cart.

2. Go to checkout and choose payment method. (Paypal, Sofort/Klarna or cash payment upon pickup). Bring the correct invoice amount with you to pickup.

3. Be sure to select pickup for the shipping method, otherwise shipping costs will be charged

4. Complete purchase and payment. (With the PayPal/Sofort/Klarna payment methods, payment must be made after the order has been placed. Later payment with PayPal/Sofort/Klarna is technically not possible.)

5. Call us or send an email to: support@smokestop-berlin.de to make a pick-up appointment on 030-50564370 or 0163-5601704 (Mon-Sun 10am-6pm) and if you pay cash, then please the invoice amount bring it with you when you pick it up.
